Making Waves, 100kms in 30 Days
Story
Hello friends! ❤️
This November, I’m taking on a challenge that means a lot to me personally. I’ll be swimming 100km throughout the month to raise awareness of brain aneurysms and help raise funds for NRF (NeuroSurgical Research Foundation).
This cause is very close to my heart, as I sadly lost my dad to a brain aneurysm in September 2026. Since losing him, I’ve realised how important it is to be aware of the signs, listen to your body and, most importantly, not put off getting something checked when you know something isn’t right.
By taking on this challenge, I hope I can help raise awareness and encourage more people to take their health seriously and get checked rather than leaving things until it’s too late.
If you would like to support my challenge, you can make a secure donation through my fundraising page. All money raised goes towards NRF, and donations are tax deductible.
Even if you’re unable to donate, sharing my page or spreading the word would mean so much and help me reach more people with this important message.
Thank you so much to everyone who supports me throughout the 100km challenge. Every donation, share and bit of encouragement will mean the world to me and my family. ❤️
100km. 30 days. One important cause. 🏊♀️🧠
